I received a bottle of Hot Squeeze as a gift. I used it for the first time today on a small pork tenderloin. I heated olive oil and garlic in a skillet, then added the tenderloin. I browned it on all sides, then removed it from the skillet. I placed it in a baking dish lined with foil, and covered the meat with Hot Squeeze. I lifted the foil around the sides of the meat to keep the juices close. I baked it for about 40 minutes in a 325 degree pre-heated oven, uncovered. When done, I sliced it, placed it on a serving dish and poured the drippings over the meat. Then I drizzled additional Hot Squeeze over the slices. I served it with mac and cheese, turnip greens, sweet potato casserole and cornbread dressing. It was a wonderfully delicious Southern meal! YUM!
